Come to the good side, and realize, the Darfur genocide, because there are tears in their eyes. Murder, abuse and people getting taken advantage of. Its hardcore in Darfur and they need support with their hearts torn. people lose loved ones because it’s hard to trust some people down there when they have some guns. People are dying, crying and sighing and we just standby and do nothing. There is a crisis of death including the north south and the west with people dead and unfed suffering. People need to listen and give Darfur some assistance before things get out of control. the people of Darfur stood up against the Sudanese government, complaining about the marginalization of the area and the failure to protect sedentary people from attacks by nomads. The government of Sudan responded by unleashing Arab militias known as Janjaweed, or “devils on horseback”. Sudanese forces and Janjaweed militia attacked hundreds of villages throughout Darfur. Over 400 villages were completely destroyed and millions of civilians were forced to flee their homes.
Even though the mass murder and rape of Darfur has made worldwide headlines still not many people know about it and do something about it. The people who know about it make articles and try to get it noticed. I give those people credit and respect because at least they are trying to get it noticed. People have websites like “Savedarfur.org” that talk about who helping and what they are going to do to help. So this is me, telling you, that you can also make a difference. If you knew the stuff that goes on in Darfur it would make you sick. And that's exactly what i‘m going to do. I’m going to educate you in the ways of Darfur.

http://iwonatakuska.files.wordpress.com/2010/09/darfur_graphic2.jpg So everyone please, come together and make a change. Because if we don’t do anything now we know that this violence will continue. How about you put yourself in their shoes. You would be losing friends and family by the day. By people making articles it can get noticed but we need more support. So come to the good side, and realize, the Darfur genocide, because there are tears in their eyes. |
